By placing an order with Very Cherry Prints, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

All products are designed and made to order. Current processing times are displayed on our home page at the top header, these are updated often and applied before shipping. During busy periods, processing time may vary. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Whilst we take the utmost care when handling your order and do everything in our power to prevent the possibility of any broken or damaged goods, this can still occur. Please refer to "Refunds and Returns" for our policy on this.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the checkout. Very Cherry Prints is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Additionally, each order goes through Australia Post and we do our best to make sure these head out on time, there is no guarantee that your order will arrive on time, due to current delays impacting delivery scheduling. We do not take responsibility, nor will we be held liable for postage delays or lost packages.

If your packaged is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we'll assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control.

As our products are custom made and personalised, please ensure all spelling is correct, as no refunds will be given for incorrect spelling for custom stamps.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Proofs or previews are provided only where stated. Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, wording and design details before approving any proofs. Once approved, Very Cherry Prints is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Our cookie stamps and cutters are intended for use with food products only and should be used as instructed.

To prolong the life of your products:
- Handwash ONLY using warm, soapy water.
- NO dishwasher use!
- Do not expose to high temperatures or leave in direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Store flat in a cool, dry place.

Damage cause by improper care or misuse is not covered under our replacement policy.

Digital products are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, as specified in our product listings.

Digital files may not be:
- Resold, shared, copied, gifted or redistributed in any way.
- Redistribute the 3D printed version on any platform.
- Uploaded to file sharing websites.
- Claimed as your own designs.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital file purchases are final and non refundable.

We love both simple and fine designs here at Verry Cherry Prints. Some stamps of which are created intentionally with finer details and thin lines, I highly recommend hand painting some details in particular stamps for the best result and to prevent any mis-prints or frustrations two/tri toning!

For optimal printing results, please ensure you're printing with a 0.2 nozzle and have top surfaces enabled for extra smoothness.

I also encourage you to print with a 30% sparse infill density with gyroid pattern selected. Ensure you printer is fully callibrated to help rule out any print faults.

We can not be held responsible for any misprints or average results. All files have been printed and tested on these settings with our own Bambu Labs printers with guaranteed quality and best results. These files are for Bakers whom have decent knowledge and understanding of 3D printers and slicing software. We are happy to help troubleshoot some minor problems however we will not provide training in these programs as we do not have the capacity or expertise to do so.
